The Burdett Exchange offers wholesale Angus beef and Berkshire pork from Arcangeli Farm. Our Angus beef is grass fed and corn finished which gives it beautiful marbling and exceptional flavor. Our Berkshire pork is also grass and corn fed and is known for its marbling which results in tender, juicy pork.
